Yes, I agree... Everything this city tries to do is a disaster. Look at the Surry Hills library--not only was it wayyyy overtime, it cost about three times as much as was budgeted for. I say the food trucks will be a failure. Neither the city nor the chefs (cooks) have what it takes to pull off what street food is like in LA or NYC. Case in point: Pasta food truck. PASTA! Pasta is *not* street food. I say just save us the embarrassment (and money) and can the whole project now.
