Brown Sugar
Brown sugar, how come you taste so good? It’s the scintillating scrambled tofu, we reckon.

Morgans of Sydney
More muesli? Morgans have a stellar selection, or if you’re more savoury inclined lash out on the house special corn fritters with avocado, spinach, Persian fetta and relish.
304–308 Victoria St, Darlinghurst 2010 (02 9360 7930 www.morganshotel.com.au) Daily 7am-–late

Jed’s Food Store
Jed’s beaut Bircher muesli with fresh-stewed fruit is dangerously filling... and addictive.
Bondi

O-organics
They use all organic products and offer a vegan breakfast. Or if you’re an egg-eater, the one-egg omelette with herbs, chutney and crumbled goats cheese is delicious. Equally excellent for lunch, this big O is especially good if you’re a late riser.

Macro Café
Organic brekkies and wheat-free options are de rigeur at Macro. Their Bircher muesli is mega-popular and buckwheat pancakes come with sugar-free maple syrup, yoghurt and mixed berries.
