There's nothing quite like tried and tested family recipes to make you feel all warm and fuzzy. At Simmer on the Bay, cafe owner Brigid Kennedy knows she's on to a good thing using her grandmother's recipes for shortbread, Louise cake and Afghan cookies. Despite being forged during the war and depression years, customers can't get enough of the Kennedy family favourites.
