To some, Jeremy Strode's food may seem a little simple, but this stuff is real art on the plate. Strode changes the menu online everyday but expect dishes like veal tongue, beetroot and horseradish or Burrawong chicken, sourdough and sour cream stuffing. Dishes like blackberry jelly with custard and smoked eel and bacon are what this restaurant’s all about. Bistrode has also joined the ranks of Sydney’s high-end restaurants offering excellent lunch deals. The menu will change regularly but expect dishes such as flathead and chips or seven hour lamb shoulder.
