Rick Stein brings his recipes and seafood knowledge to Australia and makes use of fresh fish and shellfish from the waters South of Sydney. The menu consists almost entirely of fish based meals though there are several vegetarian and meat lover’s option every day. The wine list concentrates on great wines that pair with fish.
