No bigger than a takeaway outlet with a couple of tables out front, they specialise in hand pulled noodles and shallot pancakes. Peek around the corner and you can see the chefs at work, shaping the lumps of incredibly elastic dough. You may find yourself lining up for a while but stick it out - it's worth it.
