A bistro with big reds, crisp whites and plenty of meat. The chef comes from Alsace in France, a heavily German-influenced region, and the resultant menu is crammed full of French and European classics. It's all in the whisper-thin tarte flambée (or flammekueche), a speciality of cheese and other ingredients scattered on a thin pastry base. There’s about ten to choose from including a Swiss mushroom, parmesan and truffle oil combo. Stay away from the non-Alsace gear on the menu.
