I placed a phone order and was told that it would take 15 minutes. I turned up 25 minutes later, and after waiting for 5 minutes enquired about my order. They said I was next and asked me to pay. I paid. Then they served two people before me and said I was after them. I explained that I had ordered on the phone and it was now 30 minutes later, and they had said 15 minutes on the phone. They replied that they had been waiting for me to pay. I asked how I was meant to pay if I had ordered on the phone. Then one staff member told me to stop complaining and just wait, because I had no other choice. I said that I had a choice not to return. He continued to be rude to me. I asked who ran the place, and when the owner pointed himself out I told him that his staff member was being rude to me. He said his staff member was fine and I shouldn't come back again. I agreed I wouldn't be coming back. Then that staff member stared at me and said he would take me on. I eventually got my order 40 minutes after I ordered.So long story short, they are hopelessly disorganised, can't estimate times, don't serve phone orders until they have paid, and then threaten you with violence if you complain.No quality of food justifies that.
