Toriciya was Sydney's first authentic Yakitori bar. Yakitori (grilled chicken on bamboo skewers) is flavoured during cooking with Tare (soy-based sauce). Yakitori is one of the most popular Japanese foods and suits the flavours of Sake and Shochu. Toriciya's Shochu range is first rate.
