Although Botany-roasted Golden Cobra LHLH (named for a 1994 song by Sydney punks Crow) is the house blend, you’re as likely to be offered an under the-counter bootleg like Ethiopian Lima or Harra or a blueberry-hued Monte Allegre from Brazil. Contraband coffee? Or best connected café in town? Think Klink.
