Sahra Roper, last seen at Pocket Bar, is opening up her own place in Manly - jewel of the north. Sick of generic tourist food, she aims to amp up the Manly dining scene with empanadas (both savoury and sweet) and "kick-arse chips". Frankie's (the restaurant is very sweetly named named after Roper's Staffordshire terrior) will be open for both lunch and dinner with a small bar out the front.
