This restaurant is one of Kylie Kwong’s faves. Specialising in northern Chinese noodles and dumplings, expect to see plump, fl uffy steamed-then-fried beef buns, shallot pancakes and their take on spag. bol which involves XO tainted pork mince with hand rolled noodles and matchsticks of raw cucumber.
