With more restaurants opting for the set-course degustation menu these days, it's a refreshing change to see the team at Kable's Restaurant at the Four Seasons Hotel moving in the other direction. The restaurant is now offering guests a selection of any four courses from its sweet and savoury modern cuisine menu for $60. Take your pick.
