The menu features mock meat- well named, as its a knock off and target of jokes aplenty. Here the 'mince' in the sang choy bow adds a salty hit to the lettuce parcel. Eating here is like being fed by a buddhist grandma- with vegan ice cream as sweet-tooth-sating as the real thing.
