It's definitely a case of everyone lumping in together for the love of good coffee at this cosy, open-plan café. Owners Michael Jordan and Steve Eden were disinclined to have any food on the menu, but were willing to compromise - so if you're feeling like a little something it's a waffle or nothin'. If you just aren't that into coffee but want to get involved, the chai tea is a decent brew - let it sit as long as you can for best results. Barefoot Coffee Traders can get pretty busy so if you have trouble finding a stool to perch on, there is a second location opening just around the corner on East Esplanade. The new digs are adjacent to the new Adriano Zumbo store, so you can grab a sweet treat first and then head next door to Barefoot for a quality cup o' Joe.
