Smith's on Bayswater occupies the venue of the former Bayswater Brasserie, famed late-night Kings Cross haunt of celebrities and rock stars.

In its new incarnation it’s still one of the best places in town to catch up with friends and colleagues until late and enjoy a meal and a drink with a tableful of friends.

Smith's on Bayswater is offering Time Out readers an exclusive $29 meal deal thoroughout September.

If you’ve got a group of six or more and book ahead then you can get a $29 set menu of goat cheese croquettes and crab dumplings to share as an entrée, plus your choice of 180g eye fillet and Asian slaw or marinated spatchcock and Asian slaw, plus a side of Steakhouse Chips.

Simply state the booking code ‘TimeOutSept’ when making a reservation on 02 9357 2177.

The ‘Smith’ in ‘Smith's on Bayswater’ is Kingsley Smith, mastermind of Kingsley’s Steak Houses and Chophouse. With a man who knows his meat at the helm, it’s no surprise that steaks feature prominently on the Smith's on Bayswater menu. You can enjoy a 1.5KG Tomahawk steak to share with friends on the back deck or in the atrium, or a Smith’s Burger at the bar.
