I was kept waiting for half an hour after ordering a simple burger with chips... I asked what was going on, and was brusquely told that it was coming, and to wait a few more minutes. After another ten minutes I simply left, with the staff oblivious. Don't go if you value your time.

Would you call a restaurant The Fat Duck? When everyone knows The Fat Duck is The Fat Duck and it is not this one.
