The food was ok, we had better Brasillian BBQ, but the services at Braza was really not up to standard. I'd not recommand it to anyone if the services continued at this level. It was 5:00pm when we got to the restaurant, after calling to confirm the seat availability. There was a big queue in front of the restaurant. When it was finally our turn, we were told there was no seat inside. After plead that we have a baby and it was a hot day, we're given a seat inside. After we went in, it was completely empty (quite some seats remained empty till we finished dinner at 6:45). The food was very salty, some meat was overly cooked and very dry. The steamed fish was good as well as the garlic bread. But the serving was very tiny. When we asked for the 2nd slice for the beef roast, we were given a very thin slice, when we asked for the 3rd, it was even thinner. I recommend to ask for enough at the 1st offering if you like one kind of meat, since the tasty ones will most likely not come around for the second time. Only the salty sausage being offered again and again in our experience. One thing really upset us was we were waiting for the 2nd piece of garlic bread and the steam fish, and it never come for the 2nd round during our dinner, so we mentioned to the girls that serving our table for twice and both time, they put the order into the computer system, but they didn't come after 40mins waiting. At the end, I saw a guy was serving garlic bread and he didn't get any closer to our table somehow... We left with great disappointment and mentioned to the gentleman at the front check-out desk. He didn't take any action and didn't apologise or try to explain. Finally, the cost is $47 per adult and $23 for kids, doesn't include any drink.
