Set on the corner of one of the busiest intersections in the city, you'll find Workshop Espresso constantly surrounded by a throng of office types, desperate for a coffee and maybe a sweet treat to help them make it through the day. The warm wood and dark walls is a welcome antidote to the glass and white plastic of your standard CBD coffee spot but it's not the decor that has the baristas at Workshop franticly grinding, tamping and extracting all day. The single origin coffee here is top notch no matter how you take it - on a hot day the iced coffee delivers life-giving caffeine and sugar at deliciously icy temperatures - and if you need a little something to accompany it, the glass cabinet houses beautiful sugar crusted donuts and cannoli to test your will power.
