Concrete Blonde's original chef, Patrick Dang, has been replaced by Ian Oakes, who is serving up some visually appealing fare such as a white chocolate and honeycomb parfait and a chargrilled yellowfin tuna. 

Design-wise, the name of the game is 'rustic chic', with fireplace, industrial lights and Wall of Nails over the bar, while the bathroom mural nods to Roy Lichtenstein. 

A well stocked bar offers single malts, a good range of tequila, and cocktails both classic and experimental.
