The teeny-weeny cafe has a few stout tables and chairs and a floor staff of spunks serving stupendous Sydney espresso. You might visit for the selection of cakes and muffins but you stay for the coffee (the Single Origin Roasters house blend is a mix of Ethiopian, Indian and Mexican beans roasted in the behemoth they call Boris the roaster). Have a heart starting ristretto and follow up with a more calming flat white to get a good grip on the magic these fellas weave.
