Frank's is an institution. Cheap as chips, BYO and super relaxed, it is a great place to slay a hard-won hunger with a large supreme pizza or the impossibly cheesy lasagne. It is a proper, old-school, family run joint and the most amazing part is that they seem to have forgotten to raise their prices in the last twenty years. You can still get a single scoop of gelato for only two bucks and two scoops for three dollars so save room for dessert.
