The shiny jewel in the crown of the Pullman Quay Grand Sydney Harbour Hotel is the Quadrant Restaurant that boasts floor to ceiling glass windows overlooking the harbour. Located on the eastern side of Circular Quay, this is also a popular spot for pre-theatre dining before an evening at the Sydney Opera House.
