Business lunches just got a bit more interesting with the addition of One Six Eight Restaurant and Bar in Millers Point. Chef Leigh McDivitt put in a five year stint as Head Chef of the gentrified 3 Weeds Hotel in Rozelle and was recently spotted cooking at the Urban Food Market's pop-up restaurant at Café Giulia. Now he is branching out on his own with this new venture that keeps its focus firmly on sustainable food production, churning their own ice creams and sorbets, baking bread in-house, making their own butter and growing fresh herbs.
