traditional woodfired pizze including one
with ‘nduja (a type of spicy sausage common
to the cooking of Calabria and, for
all you sausage nerds out there, a distance
relative to the French sausage made from
tripe and lard, andouille) as well as a very
good margherita. There are a bunch of
nice old Italian dudes running the fl oor
and it’s a hop skip from Oxford Street.
