If it’s a pastry fix you’re after, then make it a light puff ball filled with caramel cream. It may just be a takeaway stand but they’re a particularly moreish street food. They also do bulk packs for parties as well as dessert cups and cream filled ‘cigars’. And hey, their name is Beard Papa.
