Fraser and Hughes

First published on . Updated on 9 Feb 2012.

This family-run company has long been a supporter of Sydney’s young up-and-coming chefs, supplying their uniforms and kitting them out for those first few years of their apprenticeship. Check out their store in Darlinghurst for a fantastic range of knives as well as cookbooks and an impressive selection of pastry tools.
