From Venice Beach to Surry Hills, Gold's is now a gym for more than just the bodybuilder set

Dating back to the very first Gold's Gym on muscle-totin' Venice Beach, California, in 1965, Gold's has some serious fitness cred – especially if you're an iron-pumping type. But, these days, Gold's is about more than just the bulge. The Surry Hills gym has circuit classes, a serious cardio room and, of course, yoga. Whether Arnie would approve, we're not so sure...
