Cancellation Policy

Time Out Sydney Subscriptions, Premium Boutique Wine Selection Promotion: Terms & Conditions 

By subscribing to the "Premium Boutique Wine Selection" promotion, you agree to abide by all of the following terms and conditions: 

1. Entry is only open to Australian residents, who are aged 18 or older. Under the liquor control act of 1998 it is an offence for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor (penalty exceeds $500). Employees and their immediate family members or suppliers of Print & Digital Publishing Pty Ltd are ineligible to enter.

2. To receive half a dozen or dozen bottles of premium boutique wine, subscribers must purchase the "Premium Boutique Wine Selection" promotion subscription offer that includes a free wine selection as advertised. Only one full-dozen bottle selection is available per subscription purchase.

3. Subscribers must subscribe via the provided reply paid form, or by calling 02 8296 5457 and quoting "WINE101", or by visiting the timeout.com/sydney/subscribe website.

4. Subscribers who have met all of the above criteria will receive a dozen bottles of premium boutique wine from MyWineWarehouse Pty Ltd. Including delivery, the full-dozen including delivery is valued at $252.00 (inc GST) RRP and contains 2 bottles each of the following wines: 2009 Eclectic Hunter Valley Shiraz; 2010 First Creek Hunter Valley Chardonnay; 2008 Chatto Circus Series Adagio Cabernet Merlot; 2009 Vine-Keeper Hunter Valley Verdelho; 2008 Mahogany Ridge Shiraz and 2009 Botanica Semillon Sauvignon Blanc.  All wine is non transferable and not exchangeable for cash. The promoter and supplier reserve the right to change the free wine selection at any time. For whatever reason the wine selection changes, alternative wines of equal value will be provided.

5. All wine will be mailed to either the subscription payer or gift recipient (whichever is requested when placing your order). Wine parcels cannot be mailed to a Locked Bag or PO Box and it is the subscription purchaser's responsibility to verify that the address provided for delivery of the wine is correct. All wine packs will be mailed via Australia Post. In the event that the recipient is not at their address when attempting delivery, Australia Post will leave a notification card, asking the recipient to collect their wine parcel from a local post office (usually within 5 business days). In the event that a subscriber has moved or has address forwarding, the promoter or supplier cannot guarantee delivery, nor are the promoter and supplier responsible for lost orders stemming from incorrectly provided addresses, theft, or erroneous deliveries or if not claimed from their local post office within Australia Post's specified claim period.

6. Subscribers, who do not receive their wine pack after the stated delivery period, must contact the promoter to check on the status of their order and delivery. In the event that all address information supplied is correct and the free wine is either not delivered or arrives damaged, the supplier will replace and resend the wine free-of-charge.

7. Subscribers to this offer may cancel their subscription to any magazine at any time. However when cancelling a subscription package that includes free wine, the subscriber will not be entitled to any refund on their subscription purchase.

8. Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery of your free wine after the close date of this promotion.

9. The "promoter" as referred to in these terms and conditions is Print & Digital Publishing Pty Ltd/The Intermedia Group, of 41 Bridge Street, Glebe NSW 2037, ABN 94 002 583 682.
