A contemporary Australian play by the award-winning creators, The Escapists
Two neighbours in a West End apartment block, the ‘hapless IT-professional-wannabe-astronomer’ Thom and the ‘writer with writers’ block’ Alethea, are struggling to keep their lives from falling apart. When they fail to find love in the outside world, the wall that divides them will do anything – even destroy itself in the process – to bring this boy and girl together.
Actor and co-creator Lucas Stibbard brings together a cast of animate and inanimate characters with puppetry, physical performance, stand-up and illustration, accompanied by live music from Neridah Waters.
boy girl wall is a tall tale of whimsy and architectural enlightenment and is showing at the Zenith Theatre, Chatswood from Tuesday August 14 until Saturday August 18.
