Beer O'clock 15

Justin Bieber, Dora and a ditty about Adelaide top our best of YouTube this week

1. Dora the Explorer: the movie
If this movie were really produced, WalMart would see an exponential increase in their backpack and gun sales, Hollywood would have a new Dakota Fanning and Carmen Sandiego would be ousted from her spot as No 1 Hispanic globetrotter.

2.  An indecent proposal
Would you rather ‘scissor’ an ultra-conservative casino magnate, or see Mitt Romney ascend to the US presidency? If you’re confused about this question, watch as comedian Sarah Silverman breaks it down for you. [Rated MA: for scissoring scene with crusty chihuahua.]

3. Cookie Monster 'Share it Maybe'
Just try to find anything unwholesome about this video. It’s the Cookie Monster, it’s ‘Call Me Maybe’ and it contains an arguably important message about using skim milk for baking.

4. Adelaide, 'You're a Lady'
This here is a moving tribute to fair Adelaide, by singer-songwriter/shape-shifting superimposition Sandy McMenamin. Adelaidians will find it definitive; Sydneysiders may jest – but only out of jealousy.

5. RIP Wonderland
For some Sydney-specific Australiana, here is some very eerie footage of Australia's Wonderland after its closure in 2004. It is a trip down memory lane, if memory lane were derelict and under demolition. Sadly, the Demon was one of the first rides to go.

6. Australia beliebes
With 25 million people following Justin Bieber on Twitter, it is now official that ‘beliebers’ outnumber Australians. It also became clear this week when the star visited Australia just how many beliebers live among us. For proof, here’s a clip of the “security threat” from Australia’s Got Talent.
