Head south at the beginning of winter for the 9th annual Shoalhaven Coast Winter Wine Festival. Think wine and cheese tastings; winery tours, winemakers’ dinners and market stalls. The system is that you purchase a festival glass for $8 at the first winery and then take it with you to the 12 other wineries in the area, and don't fret, there is a hop-on, hop-off bus so that you may drink responsibly.
