This features a vertical tasting of vintages and show you how the weather each year impacts the fruit. Matt Burton of Gundog Wines will then take you through his cellar and explain the various aspects of his winemaking techniques.
This will be followed by an eight course degustation lunch at Emersons Restaurant on Hermitage Road where the wines you have seen evolve are matched with food.
