Take a little time to stop and smell the roses, drink a glass of red and soak up the beautiful September weather in Canberra
Canberra's Floriade is back. The month-long flower festival returns to Commonwealth Park and is bringing a whole host of exciting activities with it. Don't be fooled: the Floriade is much more than some pretty flowers arranged in a bed. There are workshops to be worked, food to be tasted, wine to be sipped and a whole lot of entertainment to be had. As well as the plethora of daytime attractions, the Floriade team is offering up NightFest - a week of nighttime concerts, stand-up gigs and spectacular light shows. Floriade offers the perfect excuse for an escape to the nation's capital.
