Hong Kong's happening nightlife

First published on 28 Jul 2010. Updated on 7 Oct 2010.

When Honkers isn't busy tempting you with fabulous cuisine, her diverse nightlife is beckoning you to come out and play. Foreigners and expats alike can be found kicking up their heels and cutting up some pretty serious rug in two hotspots - Wan Chai and Lan Kwai Fong.

Wan Chai is comprised of a variety of different zones that house an eclectic range of bars, ranging from decadent to hip. Most of the action can be found at the intersection of Lockhart Road, Jaffe Road and Luard Road, which makes a bar crawl easy work.

Lan Kwai Fong is a playground of more clubs and bars and also features a particularly diverse range of restaurants where you can find international cuisine ranging from Brazilian through to Russian. Take in some of the club scene's Asian flavour as local DJs spin the decks fast and furious with local dance hits and international tracks to boot.
