W Hong Kong

From the moment you step onto the electro-lit elevator floor  to when you sip your first drink in the living room/DJ lounge, everything at W screams "time to let your hair down!". The W is famous for their Whatever/Whenever button, which connects you to their in-house specialists who will get you pretty much whatever you want, whenever you want it. 1 Austin Rd West, Kowloon Station, West Kowloon. (+852 3717 2222).

The Luxe Manor

Hong Kong’s premier boutique hotel, the Luxe is situated on a small street in lesser travelled Kowloon, its reputation has  nevertheless spread far and wide. Beyond the Greco-Roman exterior lies a surrealist-inspired interior which, while never taking itself too seriously, never fails to impress. 39 Kimberley  Rd, Tsim Sha Tsui. (+852 3763 8888).

The Upper House

Swire Hotel’s first property in Hong Kong stands out with its minimalist, cool edge. There’s no lavish lobby or extravagant buffet restaurants. It’s refreshingly simple, and that’s why we love it. Pacific Place, 88 Queensway, Admiralty.

The Mira Hotel

The Mira Hotel offers an indulgent stay at a reasonable price. This contemporary urban hotel offers an escape for weary shoppers after a full day of Hong Kong retail therapy. Conveniently located in the heart of pulsating Tsim Sha Tsui, the Mira boasts 492 guestrooms, all designed to ignite your senses with their attention to detail. 118 Nathan Rd, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon. (+852 2315 5606).

Harbour Plaza North Point

Harbour Plaza North Point’s 669 guest rooms and suites offer maximum comfort for guests and most boast views of the eastern side of Victoria Harbour. The hotel houses the famous Hoi Yat Heen. 665 King’s Rd, North Point, Hong Kong. (+852 2187 8888).

Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong

The Ritz-Carlton opened in May as the the world’s highest hotel, occupying floors 102–116 in the International Commerce Centre. The Ritz-Carlton Spa by ESPA on the 116th floor features nine  deluxe treatment rooms and two couple’s suites all with floor-to-ceiling windows. The top floor of the hotel is home to Ozone Bar, officially the highest bar in the world. International Commerce Centre, 1 Austin Rd West, Kowloon. (+852 2263 2080).
