This private, sun-dappled courtyard jutting off the side of the main part of one of Sydney's best cafés has to be hired in advance but it's well worth it - you get the whole table all day and the food just keeps coming out. You'd never guess that it was there from the outside, in industrial Waterloo. The original and considered by many to still be the best, bills in Darlinghurst is the home of the the now internationally renowned ricotta hotcake with banana and honeycomb butter.
