Formerly known as the Manly Pacific Parkroyal, this four-star hotel overlooking Manly Beach was bought out by the multinational Accor chain in 2003. Since then, 52 courtyard rooms have been added, and various refurbishments undertaken. A heated outdoor pool, a rooftop fitness centre, sauna and spa ensure that guests get plenty of opportunities to burn off any of the calories they might have gained at the hotel’s restaurant, Zali’s, which provides an upmarket café menu in the evenings and a Mediterranean buffet on Saturday evening and Sunday lunch.
