And if the adrenalin still isn’t flowing after a quad biking adventure, then try your hand at abseiling. Glenworth Valley’s abseiling sites have spectacular views over Popran Creek, the valley and surrounding National Park and there are a range of descents for abseilers to take on, including an open air descent beside a rainforest waterfall.
Now that spring has arrived, it’s the perfect time of year to take to the water to explore the valley’s scenery from a kayak. Glenworth Valley also operate half-day guided kayak tours of Popran Creek as well as a full day kayak tour of the Central Coast’s Woy Woy Bay which includes a relaxed day of kayaking, viewing the pelican feeding, wine and oyster tasting and a gourmet lunch.
